The 'Pound'

I have an idea/suggestion to make~
How about creating a pound? Many pet adoptable sites have them. Basically, if anyone has a horse they don't really like or want, they can PM it's ID to the pound. The pound could be a user controlled by Pika/someone willing. The pound can then get the horse whose ID was pasted into the PM and move it the the pound, for another user to adopt. The pound could be free, or there may be a charge, whatever you would like. There should also be a limit, say 1 horse from the pound a week, maximum.
As well as this, there may be an 'item pound' if items are added to the game, where you can trade in your unwanted items for another user to adopt, for maybe half of the original price. Or, that could be a second-hoof store.

^ Good idea.
May be needed if there are a ton of active people that dont want pets anymore..or even non active people. say if someone leaves WMH we can put their horses in the pound instead of deleting them.
