Requirements which every shop and spriting school should have Empty Requirements which every shop and spriting school should have

Okay, if you plan on making a shop, or spriting school, please read this first or your shop/school is likely to become rejected.
This is also a guidebook to other moderators of this part of forum (administrators, moderators, spriters and artists), so you can tell if a shop or school is good, or not.
NOTE: You can still post topic in the Approval if it doesn't follow the rules written here, but it is likely to be declined if you do. If your shop or school is declined, you can always apply again, but if the new application is exactly same as the previously declined one, it won't get you anywhere. Except maybe a warning or ban if you keep posting the exactly same topic over and over. Also, if we ask you questions about your shop or school, it does not mean it is declined! It means we want you to response. If your shop or school is not approved, we will tell you what exactly is wrong about it, and you can then edit your post. If you do not respond, your shop or school will be declined, and deleted after we make sure that you saw it.

Okay, so here goes.
Instructions for Moderators of this forum
1. If a shop or school meets the requirements, approve it
2. If it doesn't, then tell the owner what exactly it is they are doing wrong, and ask them to fix it. If they don't, decline their thread.
3. Please, do not delete any threads. I will do that, okay?
4. If you are not sure if you should approve or decline a topic, PM its link to me and I will decide what to do.

Instructions that work for both Shop and School
1. All basic Forum Rules apply.
2. Do not use copyrighted artwork. Do not use any artwork that wasn't made by you, unless it is free to use and alter, or you have permission to use and alter it. Using official Pokémon sprites is fine, but do not claim them as 100% yours. Do not say that art made by someone else, is yours.
3. Provide examples of what you can do. If people don't know what you are offering or teaching, why would they even order or learn it?
4. Do not own more than one shop or school. You can work as a co-worker in as many shops or schools as you want, but you can only own (open a topic for) one.
5. Please, please try to use proper spelling and grammar. Saying 'hey u order sumtin from me' or 'hey u lern from me it's awsun' is just.. tch.
6. If nobody orders from your shop, or wants to learn something from your school, in a 2 month period, it will get locked and you will need to ask a Artist/Spriter/Moderator or administrator to un-lock it. However, you should not ask users to bump your shop or order from it just so it wouldn't get locked, and you definitely shouldn't offer them any payment for BUMPing
7. Please crop the unused space on your artwork and examples. Having a few pixels of free space is OK, but if the empty space takes more place than than artwork itself, well.. (please note that colored background on banners and signatures is NOT empty space. Empty space is all un-needed space which really doesn't do anything than take place)
8. People have the right to visit other shops or schools. Adding shop/school rules like "don't learn from any other school" or "don't order from any other shop", is not allowed.

Instructions that only work for shop
1. Do not ask for any kind payment if the art isn't 100% made by you. Asking people to click your pets as payment, is not allowed.

Instructions for making a Spriting School
1. Do not use examples made by other people, unless you have permission to do so. If you are using tutorials that are not made by you, credit the person who made them. If that person says not to use their tutorials, then don't.
2. Do not ask for payment for teaching. In every case, art is always harder to learn than to teach anyway..
3. Please, make sure you actually know something before trying to teach it, okay?
